A permanent job

I called Lizzie when my temporary contract was coming up for renewal. I was looking for the position to be made permanent but I didn’t know how to go about it. Lizzie put me at ease straightaway and made me think about what I really wanted to achieve. We talked about how to approach the matter with my boss for a successful outcome. I went on to receive a full-time position with a salary increase and flexible working.
