Getting over feelings of worry
A woman came to see me needing help to get over an overwhelming anxiety. She told me that every day she worried about money and that she won’t have enough money to eat. After a brief conversation, I discovered she was reliving a past memory and it didn’t take long before she realised that she could change how she felt and see the experience in a different way. In a relaxed stated, she created a positive image of the same experience which made her feel empowered, strong and in control. She never looked back.
