? Announcing a new workshop: ‘The Job of your Dreams’
The coronavirus pandemic is making some of the UK’s largest companies reduce cost and restructure for the future. Consequently, thousands of people have experienced, or will soon be facing, job-losses as companies reduce cost and restructure for the future. Rolls Royce, for example, have announced 3000 job losses in the UK with 1500 positions lost from its Derby Headquarters. Whilst The Guardian newspaper has reported that the aviation, automotive and retail sectors have been among the worst hit, forcing many people to consider their options and look for new employment.
The challenge this brings is emotional, financial and strategic. It requires people to plan for the future, find new employment and move on with their lives in the midst of levels of uncertainty that were previously unknown.
Given that, we would like to help.
My colleague Chris Parker has many years of experience helping individuals achieve the job of their dreams.
